Anxiety in the body

Anxiety is a visceral experience meaning you experience the sensations physically, sometimes in your gut, or sometimes, your entire body. This can be overwhelming and scary. When you feel sensations like nervousness, heart racing, tingling sensations, for example, you may start to worry that something may really be wrong and you think the worst.

After awhile you feel exhausted, deflated, and stuck in a cycle of worry and pain.
