Anxiety/ Grief and Loss/ Trauma/ Relational Difficulties

Feeling overwhelmed or anxious is a common response to uncertainty.

When stress builds, deeper hurts like grief, relationship tension, or past wounds can resurface.

Maybe your body feels tense, restless, or shut down. You might notice yourself checking out, feeling numb, or pulling away from relationships. At times, it may feel like you’re carrying the weight of the past, or experiences that never fully had space to heal.

You may also be searching for something deeper, inner support, a more mindful way of living, or relationships where you feel safe, seen, and connected.

Somatic and relational psychotherapy can help you slow down, listen to your body, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll explore how stress, trauma, and grief live in the body and shape your present. We’ll create space for feeling, compassion, resilience, and authentic connection so you can feel more grounded, alive, and at home in yourself.

Find your way through Anxiety, Grief and loss and Trauma

Meet Erin Foley

As stress-driven patterns begin to soften, life can feel less overwhelming, especially in relationships and everyday moments.

Many who arrive are professionals and caregivers: thoughtful, capable, and ready for change, yet feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, grief, self-doubt, or relational strain. Even when understanding the patterns and influences intellectually, there is still a sense of overwhelm and disconnection.

In our work, we will slow things down enough to notice what your body has been carrying. Rather than getting stuck in overthinking or self-criticism, we begin to listen for physical cues of stress, overwhelm, and safety. These signals offer important information about what you need and how your system has learned to cope.

This work blends somatic awareness, mindfulness, and compassionate exploration to support change at a deeper level. Rather than managing symptoms alone, therapy focuses on noticing patterns, rebuilding trust and connection. This process helps cultivate self-compassion, strengthen relationships, and increase regulation, for a resilient way of living.

Let’s take a moment to slow down together.

You deserve to feel more at ease — in yourself, your relationships, and your life.
